The Leonard Phillips Foundation, Inc. has adopted a mile of roadway through the Keep Cobb Beautiful Adopt-A-Mile (AAM) program. Keep Cobb Beautiful is an organization that focuses on beautifying the community and educating the public on the environment. Together we plan to create awareness for litter prevention, promote community, building, and keep the streets cleaner.
Join us for our first clean up Saturday, April 20, 2019 at 10:00 am! We will meet in the Cobb County Safety Village parking lot:
1220 Al Bishop Drive
Marietta, GA 30008
Volunteers will remove litter along the 1 mile of roadway. We will provide tools: litter sticks, safety vests, trash bags and training.
We have committed to 4 cleans ups per year (1 each quarter)! So stay tuned for more opportunities to give back!
Keep Cobb Beautiful is a nonprofit organization created for the purpose of “assisting the County and Board of Commissioners in establishing, promoting and maintaining a countywide policy for improved environmental and waste management.”
